For the past week, it has been FREEEEZING out, I'm talkin' down in the negatives, so therefore, I take warmer showers than I normally would, just for the relief of that god-awful cold.
For the past two days, after my nice warm shower, I've been getting some funny throbbing headache, located on both sides of the head. It starts toward the end of the shower, goes away after a few minutes, but I'm not normally one to get headaches. Does anybody here possibly know why I've been getting headaches after my nice, warm showers?

Are you really cold before you get in the shower?

Sometimes, because you're body can't handle a sudden change in temperature headaches/dizzyness etc can occur. Although I've not heard of this case in particular. :)

Yes, as a matter of fact, I am shivering before the shower. what you said makes a lot of sense...about the body not being able to handle a sudden temperature change like that.

I was just going to say maybe the brain shrinks a small amount during the cold and then expands too fast when you get real warm again ;)
