Help! Worried and panicking

I'm in a very frantic, panicky, and worried mood. I'm worried about my boyfriend. I haven't heard from him since Friday afternoon. He usually emails me at night or in the morning/afternoon. I wonder what happened to him. I can't call him b/c my parents won't let me make phone calls. I can't even see if he's online cuz I'm not allowed to download IM programs on my computer.
I don't know what to do. I feel so restless and uneasy with worry and anxiety. Help!! What should I do?

it's ok...he finally emailed me. No he doesn't live near me. He lives pretty far away. Now I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that he's ok.
