View Full Version : Getting dance lessons
The boy and I started dance lessons last night. What a blast, I was nervous at first! The instructor was cool and patient. I danced with him, some other guy, and my boy. We learned basic foxtrot and tango steps.
Anyone else ever take lessons?

BB and I are actually signing up for swing dance classes that start up here in a few weeks.
I'm not much of a dancer, so this should be interesting ;)
I thought of doing the swing lessons when it was hot back in 97'
The studio I go to has them as well, maybe we'll consider! Let me know how it goes :)

well we started these classes last night and i must say... it was actually kinda fun
based on what we've learned so far i recommend this type of class
it was cool cuz BB and i seem to be the only ones in the class catching on quickly. :)
That's great. We also learned a little swing the other day. Hope you guys can use it when you go out!
Our main focus right now is the wedding song. It's a 40's song called "Come on and Knock Me a Kiss" and they're helping us choreograph it. They suckered us into getting more lessons to do it, but hopefully, it will be worth it in the end.
it's actually been a great stress buster for us.
