Gardening stuff

Went out today and got some things to get my garden started... :)

Organic compost
Starter tomato plants (5 plants, 3 varieties)
Starters for shallots
Starters for asparagus
and STRAWBERRY plants :D

And tulips!!! Do not forgot about tulips!!!

Year ago worms, caterpillars, frogs and rabbits ate all my cantaloops, watermelons, cucmbers and peas ... Only horse radish and beads was untouchable.

I'm not doing any flowers this year...moving into a new house in a few weeks, and I want to see what is already there...next year will be the flower planting.

And we'll see what happens as far as bugs and critters, especially since I'm doing this organically...but had good luck with tomatoes and herbs last year so *fingers crossed*
