Getting really mad about my living situation

It seems everything is happening at once.
First, I get a letter in the mail stating my lease ends soon and that I have three options...
1) Sign a 12 month lease and have my rent raised $30 a month
2) Pay month to month and have my rent raised $80 a month
3) Move

I'd rather not have to move since I'm only here for another year...... but the problem is...... I don't plan to live her another twelve months...... plus, this place is already a ripoff. How can they RAISE an already inflated price.

Next, I find out that starting next semester the bus that runs to campus won't be coming by here anymore. Half the reason I moved to where I did was because the bus came by!!!

Add to the mix that comcast 1) has horrible horrible horrible service 2) has apparently been spying on it's users 3) is a ripoff 4) hell........ sucks in general

Huh! I feel Your pain!

Really - the rent raising is too bad, even for 30 bucks. I think that moving out is better solution. I do not know how it is on Your planet, butt ... on My planet I need to notice in 60 days about my lease termination, also landlord must notice me about rent increasing in 60 days before to give me chance to notice hin about move. So, probably You has a 60 days to find new house ... But moving ... it is so bad. I hate movings.

And this COMCAST - I hate it too. It's service is poor, especially after their migration from @Home. I always have the interruption ... Bad support stuff ... I am trying to find alternative to him ... but without any results.
