compaq sucks donkey gonads. i have one and it does the exact same things that you described. i'm keeping it for three years (if it even lasts that long), then i'm junking the piece of sh*t. dumbass compcrap, piece of sh*t, *$&^$###

Yes, Compaq sucks @$$. I have one at home and it's given us a LOT of problems.

Look at me, here 36 hours, and I'm already being a B&%$#!!! Well, I was an idiot for getting a 500mhz PC anyway....my brain always has 2-3000 thing going on at one time, should have known I needed more power! Just got this in April, and already I can't get a 10th of what I paid for it...also, it's a Compaq- DON'T EVER BUY COMPAQ! Already had a new modem sent out, twice the size of the origional, and it STILL freezes up, cuts off my ISP (& my downloads-grrrr!)....whew! Is that enough Rants for 1 day?? Methinks it is........
