Hi,

I've been trying to lose weight for the pass 6 months and nothing is happening. You see, I had a baby a year and a half ago and I gained 25 pounds. I need to lose it. I heard of a diet product called Natural Slim Down Fast from a friend of mine and she said I should give it a try. She said it is an all natural product and she gave me the website address URL REMOVED so I check it out and it looks pretty good. But, if anyone out there has heard or tried the product please let me know about your experience. Thank you. I'll be waiting.

Thanks for visiting, we're pleased you've joined us. However, we cannot allow links of this nature and in this situation by brand new members because this is frequently spam.

I have edited out the link above, should you wish to discuss specifics about it once you receive responses on future visits, and are a contributing member of our community, I will allow that. Otherwise, you could easily be working for them. ;)

Thank you for your understanding,
-Admin

...please read above...

I've also noticed you're from Canada, but are using an american flag. I hope that's a show of support. ;)

Aye, it is a bit suspicious when you have a post count of '1' and your only post could easily be nothing but an advert.

Welcome though!

On the topic of weight loss, I think any weight loss products are going to be superficial at best. Straight-up balanced diet and excercise, that's the only way!

By the way, how do you guys get those American flags up by your names?

Drew, go up to the top of the page and click on "customize." From there, you can go edit your profile to inclued your country (thereby getting a flag).

Trish, good luck!

(And just as a side, should this maybe be in Advice and Support?)

 Hi,

I just came here to get tips from anyone on how to lose weight. I was just curious about that particular diet product because there are so many out there and this one really caught my attention. If someone could give me some weight loss tips I would be grateful.
Thank you!

Not to sound like a bastard or anything, but you should try the ELMM diet. Its the only one I know of that works. I've been dropping close to 2 pounds a week since being on it. It's fairly simple, all you need to do is eat less, move more.

Well Brit, not everyone will lose weight that fast on that particular diet, but it IS the only one guaranteed to work ;)

hello,

The ELMM, do they have a website or anything. The only one that I found that seemed interesting was the Slim Down Fast.:)

Somehow, I think ELMM is more of a state of mind. Do you really need a website that explains how to eat less and move more? I'm not trying to sound rude, but that one's just common sense.

I had gotten cancer (Hodgkins Disease: which is cancer of the Lymph Nodes) when I was 15 years old and had to go on Pregnazon which is a steroid. One of the side affects that this steroid does is increase your hunger and I gained 35 lbs within 6 months of being on it. I was already 10 lbs over weight before I got sick. After a year of being cured, I decided to go on a diet called the Atkins Diet. This diet consists of fats and protein, no sugar, starch, or carbs. By having fats and proteins in your diet, it leaves your body no choice to break it down and normally these two compounds are the last to be broken down in the body b/c it's the hardest ones to break down. Thus you lose the weight. At the weight in which I was at, I was determined to lose the weight and I did it. In 7 months I lost 70 lbs. I went from 215 lbs at 5'11 to 144 lbs. I've kept the weight off for almost 3 years now.

Trish,
Sounds suspicious-It still sounds like you're trying to advertise by mentioning "Slim Down Fast" again. I think that most of us would like to lose weight naturally (diet and exercise).
