I think I may have mentioned this in another thread, but I'm mentioning it now because it happened AGAIN.
I don't think I've ever been to an interview where they were on time or aware that I was coming.
I always show up, get a bunch of confused looks, find out the person won't be in for 20-30 minutes, then I have a short pointless interview.
It's not that bad just gets on my nerves.
If I schedule an appointment I'm always early or on time. If I need someone to meet with me I'm always waiting on them because I clear my schedule.
I also don't like during an interview when the manager gets up and leaves for a good 15 minutes.
It's rude http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/tongue.gif

As I've said before if they don't show up on time it just tells me that I wasn't worth their time so they're not worth mine. If they don't have the courtesy to show up (on time) then I don't want to work for/with the person. It's just rude.

Much of the time it's a control issue where they're in control because they've made you wait. It's pretty stupid and selfish if you ask me.
