if the whole world was going to self-destruct in ten minutes but spiderg had her whole wheat bagel w/LIGHT butter and coffee w/cream NO sugar - i'd be happy ... i could live on bagels and nothing else but bagels.

bagels for breakfast, lunch and dinner ...

I'm not too sure about this whole bagel thing. Whatever happened to donuts? Don't get me wrong--I like bagels but I really like powdered donuts with custard in the middle a whole lot better. Why is it that everytime someone brings in food for breakfast, it's always bagels? Is it just my office that does this?

never been much of a donut fan here bp. just too sweet to deal w/that early in the a.m., but bagels ...

aaa - me love english muffins too. diets? - bah! never been on one and i live on bread "stuff". i just walk a lot. this keeps me in good enuf shape.

I used to work in a bagel store. Fun job, but hot as hell in the summer.
Got an appreciation for onion bagels while I was there. Lightly toasted with a little butter... talk about yummy breakfast!

Donuts are good, but because they're fried, they're just too damn fattening. Ever see Cops?!? Those guys aren't exactly doing wind sprints in their latter years.

too fattening like DD said AND they don't have any "real" bakeries (bakerys? told you before I cant spell) out here.

Bagels, eh? I never understood the need for that cream on top. I prefer blueberry bagels.

Hehe..bagels rock. I had an orange-mango bagel w/ crunchy peanut butter on it for breakfast this morning. Donuts are good (especially the chocolate covered ones), but they aren't exactly filling, so I wind up eating *way* too many of them :\ Yay for bagels.
