Two things I remember from last night:

I was riding up and down in an elevator with my friend, Bobby. I guess one side was open, because we could see the floors we were passing and stuff. Every once in a while the floor we were passing through at the moment got really, really close to us and we had to flatten ourselves against the back of the elevator so as not to be squished.

Then, I was standing in a hall (talking to Bobby, I believe, because we were blocking the hall) and some old lady shoved her way through. I went and stuck my head into the store she went it (why there was a grocery store type thingy in an apartment building, I have no idea) and said, very louldly and clearly, "FAT ASS." Then I walked away. (She was one of those very short and very round old women.) Next scene, I'm stading down the hall, still talking to Bobby, when she comes out to stand by the elevator. Her: "What did you call me?" Me: "FAT ASS." Her: "What's that mean?" Me: "It means you have a FAT ASS. Do you have a FAT ASS?" Her: "The truth?" Me: ::nods:: Her: "Yes." And I marched back up the hall.

::sigh:: I really think I'm past the point of being able to blame my dreams on wacky pregnant hormones http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/indiff.gif

Water
Water is a very common but powerful dream symbol. Its meaning varies with the details and the mood of the dream. Water is a deeply spiritual symbol representing the "water of life" or the "flow of life." Large bodies of water usually represent our unconscious minds or/and soul experiences. Water symbolizes emotions (rough, smooth, clear, murky, etc.). Freud thought that since fluids are involved in sexual activities, at times, water in dreams has sexual connotations. See also: Ocean, Rain, River

Waterfall
Water generally represents the unconscious and the emotions. A waterfall is a positive dream symbol that suggests a cleansing of negative emotions or psychological issues. Just a simple visualization or a daydream of standing in a waterfall makes a person feel energized and refreshed. If the waterfall in your dream is overwhelming or too powerful for you to enjoy, it may represent emotional energy and unconscious drives that are very difficult to effectively cope with on the conscious level. See also: Water

Waves
The waves in dreams may represent emotional fluctuations. If you are currently experiencing a period of tranquillity and peace, you may be dreaming about calm waters and gentle ocean waves. This dream suggests that you may be gathering energy and recharging emotionally. However, more commonly people dream of violent and dangerous tidal waves. Tidal waves or tsunamis suggest a period of emotional upheaval. Anxiety, stress, and unconscious materials may be coming to the surface and affecting your daily moods. Giant tidal waves may symbolize current emotional unhappiness and psychological stress, which are threatening to destroy you. The outcome of this dream may reveal how much strength you have to "ride out" personal storms. For example, surviving the tidal wave suggests that you have enough strength to overcome challenges and drowning that you may be "in it over your head" and should seek assistance.

Weirdness.

First of all, I dreamed that I was alseep in my dream, and that I put kissed my friend, Pierre, while I was asleep. Except, I was dreaming that he was someone else, otherwise, I wouldn't have kissed him.

Then, I was getting my hair cut at my usual place, and they asked me where I had gone to get my hair so short. (Somehow, though, my hair was about chin length instead of ear length.) I told her that I wanted blue highlights, but I couldn't get them where I went, so she started doing them for me. (I think it was at night while I was getting this done, and the salon looked totally different.)

Then, I guess I was spending the night at someone's house, because Finnie's friend, Alex, asked me where I was going to sleep. I said on the floor, and I thought he was about to say that I could sleep in his bed *with* him, except he said that I should have the floor and could have his bed, and *he'd* sleep on the floor.

Gah. I hate garbage dreams.

I was living in a dingy, COLD basement apt. and JonH was there too! He lived down the hall and had just moved to NJ recently for a job. I remember we met in someone else's apt. and we were all hanging out and then Curly from the 3 Stooges came in wearing only underwear and began running down the hall after his dog with his "woop, woop woop," noises. Then I suddenly was in a library and it was crowded- the librarian asked me to help out b/c they were short staffed. That's all I remember!!!

Okay... it finally happened... I dreamed about a fellow Souper!

It was such a random dream, but here goes:

I was going to a movie with a friend (surprise surprise), and we ran into my neighbors and started talking in the hall. Then my dream shifted to me actually being at the movie, but it wasn't really in a movie theater, it was in a college classroom, with couches. So I'm sitting there, alone now because my friend just disappeared, and BizkitBabe is sitting on another couch across the room. As if that weren't random enough, the movie we were watching was a Takeshi Kitano (aka: Beat Takeshi) flick (though it wasn't actually a real movie, just in my dream). That was a little odd because it's been about a month or more since I saw Brother (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0222851) (one of his films). Also, I remember thinking, "gosh, I don't think she's gonna like this flick." But she seemed to be enjoying the movie. http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/smile.gif

So anyway, there were some more weird things about my dream, but none really had to do with BizkitBabe.

I'm a weirdo...
