Anyone noticed how cheap AthlonMP mbs and cpus have become? Wonder when the AthlonMP will hit 1.5Ghz. Should make for a good system. Though, still have to wait for the AMD760MPX chipset mbs to come out, so there wont be the reliance on registered ddr memory. A nice lil dual-cpu box should be good for 450-500 WUs a week.

So DD, when do you take the dual-cpu plunge?

I'm still having a nightmare trying to get a 2nd CPU for my dual P3 server.
Otherwise, I already have a dual P3 workstation that's been crunching since I put it together.

On the Athlon front, I'm going to wait a bit for the platform to mature before I take the plunge and sink some bucks into a system.
