Sound drivers

The computer I'm stuck on today (at work) has no sound drivers. It, of course, has a place for me to plug in my headset, but can't hear anything because there are no drivers. Does anyone know where/how I can get those drivers?

I'm using WinNT 4.0, running a Dell OptiPlex GXL 5133.

I don't want to be too obvious, but have you tried Dell's site?
If it's one of their stock machines, they should have the drivers for any bit of hardware in the box.
