actually, this is not a guilty pleasure of mine, but i wish it could be. i don't get enuf of this. there are always children wanting drinks, children having nightmares, children swinging from light fixtures. i try to nap during the day, but then it's "mommy, i need a chocolate chip waffle." http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/lol.gif

Oh my, B, what did you do, take sleeping pills? After 8 hrs I'm usually cool - by 10 hrs my back starts to hurt!
I admit to enjoying naps sometimes, after a rough morning of hiking or working on Sat. mornings so I'll be ready to go Sat. night.

ahh sleep! don't I wish i ever got any. I was quite pathetic here yesterday...nodding off as I tried to get work done. Right in the middle of typing something and I'm just about snoring.

My record is 28 hours and that was YEARS ago when I never had to work and all I worried about was boys and whether or not I'd be in trouble for what I did in school that day.

The recommended hours of sleep, each day, for a adult is six to eight hours. I hope most of us fit into that category.

Sleep as a guilt pleasure would be that you fall asleep in the middle of the day or at anytime, after recieving a full nights' rest, just to dream. I know of no one that is guilty of doing this...

"...that category."
The Adult catagory?
(Hehe. Sorry. Had to say it. Just being a smart a$$.)

I wish I could say I got that much. Weekends I take naps whenever I can.

I hate sleep. It takes me forever to fall asleep, and there's so many better things I could be doing. I get about 4 or 5 hours a night, but I wish I could get away with less.
