What has happened to the assignment server, I cannot get any units.... Once I can I am going to try and ramp up production now that I have worked out how to use EM properly in stealth mode (only lost 20 units in the learning process)

The servers at Stanford go down from time to time. The project has grown faster than the funding, so they're trying to make do with what they have.

Basically, we've overwhelmed their ability to keep up with us.
