My roommate returned from a weekend in Indianapolis and hasn’t stopped coughing since. She is constantly coughing, and I do mean constantly. She never stops and what’s worse is that she doesn’t cover her mouth. If I’m sick in a few days, I’ll smack her, because I need to be feeling well in order to get everything done before school is over. I’ve asked her to buy some medication, and she didn’t act at all appreciative that I mentioned something, but I can’t ignore it any longer. It’s obnoxious! Seriously though, that's rude of her to do. I always cover my mouth when I cough cause I dont' want anyone getting sick cause of me. She sounds like she doesn't care what happens as long as she's comfortable. You have every right to tell her it makes you uncomforatble. I can always tell a day or two before I get sick because my fingernails weaken and start breaking, and my hair starts to go limp. Whenever I see these signs, I am always sick in the next 24 to 48 hours. I've learned to start taking heavy vitamins when I see these signs to help with sickness. Fortunately, I haven't been sick in years.
