Ever been in any of the following situations:

-While growing up, your mom or dad fix the nastiest smelling things...like liver?
-In college, that one dormmate who likes to fix BAD ethnic foods that might taste good but smell HORRIBLE?
-In the office when someone puts lunch in the microwave, and it stinks up the entire office?
-Other nasty situations?

Do share!!! http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/smile.gif

Yes, when I was growing up my mom used to make sauerkraut and the house stunk all day when she was making it...and it took days for the smell to go away. To this day I can't stand the smell.

And then my best friend at the time...her dad was Slovenian and he would make blood sausage all the time. MAAAAAAAAAAN was that a horrid smell. It was one of those things that took all day to cook and http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/sickpuke.gif

My parents show cairn terriers in dog shows similar to the Westminister show. There is an aspect to the show called baiting the dog where you show a treat or toy to get him or her to respond in a way to show alertness and responsiveness characteristic to that breed. My parents used cooked liver as bait. My mother cooked said liver the night before shows. The hows smelled so bad, that my brother and I would go to our rooms, seal the doors, seal the AC vents, and open the windows. http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/hurl.gif
