I've seen "The Lion King", and I know about the whole "circle of life" thing, but it's pretty gross when it happens right in your own back yard... Sometime during the night an owl picked off a rabbit outside my dining room window. There's nothing more disgusting than having to look at blood and fur all over the snow while you're trying to eat breakfast. Yuck!

ewww. that reminds me of last summer, I was eating lunch when my cat comes running in with this huge bird scwarking away in it's mouth... it was making a terrible noise and when it got lose it was dripping with blood and kept flying around the room trying to find a way out..... not a nice sight
