I decided to try out Priceline.com for my groceries this weekend, and am now really pissed off that they have $25 of my money.
I don't like their system one bit. I didn't like the fact I didn't have complete control over which product I was purchasing. An example of why this was a problem was I wanted a bag of Peanut M&Ms, which normally cost $2.89. I had to specify more than one item, so I also included Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Minatures which are normally $1.99, since they were the only other candy which I would actually eat. I ended up getting the price of $2.18, but not for the M&Ms (which would've been a decent price), but for the Reese's. So now, not only don't I have the candy that I want, but I've already paid more than what it would cost me to buy it in the store at the regular price.
Looks like this is the first, and last, time I'll use Priceline. I am happy with ValuePage (http://www.valupage.com) , since you have no preset obligation to purchase anything. If it's stuff you already were going to buy, you get a coupon redeemable for anything on your next visit. Much better system than Priceline.

"hmm... Cyrix III, huh? You can put syrup on sh*t, but that don't make it pancakes."
