but i dont EAT FAST FOOD!
i gave it up at the beginning of the summer. i know i know, you guys find this amazing but its true. i used to be the coneseaur of fast food, i would eat every type imaginable and i loved it all. but now ive come to a realization that a) its not healthy food b) i wanna preserve my girlish figure and c) maybe thats whats responsable for my 5 years of acne. i do still eat subway and baja fresh and whatnot, but its not a daily thing anymore! now my next goal, to drink more water!!

BAHAHAHAAHAHAH! Finity, you crack me up. I've actually gotten used to drinking water now, and I rather like the stuff. I prolly won't drink so darn much diet coke and stuff after the baby is born, either, which is a very good thing. And I've got a lot of respect for you for giving up fast food. I dunno how I'd make it without giving in to the occasionaly Wendy's greasy cheeseburger cravings..or Arby's..yum.

For the first few months I lived here in NY I didn't eat ANY fast food. There are so many other options. Then one day someone had a yummy McD's cheeseburger and I couldn't resist anymore. So now I'm back to fast food as usual. Not too often or anything, but enough so that it's bad for me.

Bread and Water Diet
I'm doing this diet for a week. If I 'm lucky my roomy might let me have some Butter and Jelly on my bread. But I do plan on preparing my bread in different ways.

try a low carb diet.. means virtually no sugar or carbohydrates(not even juice/bread/rice etc).. of course you need to excersize..

Taz, I like to look through the TONY magazine to find cheap restaraunts, you'd be surprised how many inexpensive places there are to eat in NYC. Usually when I go to an event or the theatre, I try to find a place nearby to eat beforehand. http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/smile.gif

hehe.. see.. heh.. and i know cuz my doctor told me about it.. what he ended up telling me was to quit soda.. i dropped 5lbs in 2wks.. i guess if i gave up other stuff w/ sugar i'd be dropping weight faster...
