Cable's awesome - it's always there! No waiting, no fuss, no bother. It's expensive, tho - our bill for both the computer and TV is over $100/mo, and we don't have any of the higher tier TV channels.

Cable's the only way to go. Couldn't go back to anything else.

I have DSL at the office but am not hooked to anything at home. I don't have a computer there. I rely on the love, consideration and hospitality of others (HELP!!!:eek: I've been paid to say that!!)

Does that mean you use your neighbors unsecured wi-fi networks? :smiley_aa

BTW, I use cable as well. It's much faster then all the other providers!

i use this new thing. its wireless internet but its comparable to cable (speed wise). and i know what your thinking but no ihave never had it fail on me and the olny time it was down was for regulary scheduled maintnence. and i can take it anywhere in the coverage area.

*Cries.* I have a 56k modem. I live in actually a very high populated area but the phone lines around here are too outdated or something like that. I'm going to be moving in the summer so I'm hoping I can get high speed over there.
