I actually won 4 cases of these about 6 months ago (still not sure how it happened, they just showed up on my doorstep with no letter. I emailed them and they said I did win them but got no details.) I have gone thru all the Smores ones (yum) and the Nutz Over Chocolate (sorta like chewy granola bars). The Chai Tea ones are not bad but I never seem to be in the mood for them and I don't like the Lemon Zest ones. http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/tongue.gif

They're energy bars, made by Clif Bar (Clif Bars are yummy too). The Luna ones are specially formulated for women with soy proteins, etc, and have a bit less calories than a Clif Bar.

I keep em in my desk at work in case I need a quick nosh before I go to the gym.

Not being a woman, I go for the Clif bars myself.
Much better than Power Bars.

i know this topic is old, but i just had to comment on those luna bars. i just tried the chocolate pecan pie flavor recently and oh man, it was better than a candy bar.

... and they be good for you.
