Sadly enough, "Chicken Tonight" is one of the few songs in my repertoire... http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/frown.gif I need to take lessons or something, not being able to sing really stinks.

Anyways - I'm working till 5, hitting a store at the mall, then swinging by my favorite Chinese place...Mmmmmmmm!!!!! Prolly get some sesame chicken and either salt & pepper wings or fried dumplings.

Do they still make "chicken tonite"? I haven't had that in ages.

Tonite, I baked a nice Salmon filet seasoned with Garlic, Salt and peppers. Lightly buttered with a couple tablespoons of distilled vinegar and a dash or two of tobasco for bite. Picked up a couple pounds of fully cooked spicy crawfish...just heated them up with some butter and, of course, pressed garlic with a dash of salt. And a side order of cut grean beans and steamed rice. Took, about half-hour to make it all..since the Crawfish was already cooked or else I would have boiled it. http://www.aliensoup.com/ubb/smilies/chef.gif

Actually, cajun food is REALLY good. I remember my trip to New Orleans with the Virgina Glee Club. Nights on Bourbon Street and days eating some of the best Jumbalaya and other assorted cajun foods. That stuff was awesome. *DROOLS*

::ahem:: Jambalaya. I like etouffe better, personally. And gumbo. ::sigh:: I miss Louisiana. Not only is half of my family there, but I think that they have some of *THE BEST* food. Of course, I grew up eating weird stuff like cow tongue (which is actually very good if you can get past the fact that you're eating something's *TONGUE* and can feel the taste buds and stuff..I haven't been able to make myself eat it since I was little, though, and now the lady that always fixed it is dead :/)
