On a recent trip a couple days ago to my tiny villa in Halifax I laid a long line of candles from the bathroom where Ariel was taking a long bath, to the sunroom. From a long string hanging from ceiling like a spider dangling from a web making, was a ring. I then moved up to rooftop deck to use my large portable SCT (telescope) which was reason for recent outing. When I was still doing my observations she came up finding me there.
Guess what she said? I didn't have to say anything and she said yes first. I was prepared to say something to compel her to say yes first and get on my knees and tell her I've been waiting for this moment. I just kissed her and we spent the rest of the evening looking at stars together. Now we are moving in together soon and planning wedding. We are thinking of having it in a castle in England. And a honeymoon somewhere offshoot like being with penguins in Antarctica. Photos will indeed come up on these events!
This is probably the biggest event of my life I should prepare myself for I feel. It did take me a long time to get back to grips with even dating again after Sarah died. I feel so happy now. Is this what life is all about?
