Friday night is "Pizza (or Hodge Podge) Night" at this house. Homemade. Sometimes with reg yeast crust and sometimes with the beer crust. I add garlic or crushed red peppers right to the dough to give it a *kick* now and then.

yup, friday nite is pizza nite here too. one large cheese pie, an order of mozzarella sticks and plenty of ice-cold pepsi.

last weekend, we went to a party over at our friend's house and he was making pizza outside on the grill. while the dough cooked, we got to choose our toppings: fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, fresh basil, eggplant, sweet red pepper, ricotta, marinara sauce, etc.

There's this place in Cape Coral (hey! I can go there now) called Paisano's (forgive the butchered spelling..I never claimed to be Italian). It's this neat little Italian market shop. Anyway, they have the world's best pizza. It's a little bit sweet, almost. Mmmmm.

I *LOVE* pizza!

This reminds me of a story when I was growing up. When I was very little, I just fell in love with pizza. We always went out to Pizza Hut, too. White cheese pizza with fresh tomatoes garlic and black olives or if you are really feeling adventurous and will not be venturing too far from the commode try a white cheese pizza with garlic, clams, eggplant and anchovies. Delicious!

That sounds good, Boone. Or try a pesto pizza. There's this place in Ft. Myers called Taste of New York, and they have all the weird pizza flavors. And this place downtown, Antonios, has the *best* white cheese pizza..except you have to mop off a ton of grease, and if you go in the bathroom, scrape off some of the toilet seat, and snort it, you'd get high..they all seem to have a coke problem there, but the pizza's good!
