Many people say that the best rapper of all time, Tupac Shakur, is still alive, and faked his death to get out of all of the gangs, drugs, and mainly the spotlight. I don't know how many of you follow him, but for those of you who do, what do you think? Is he still alive, or is all of the evidence pointing to that just a coincidence? Here is a page with some of the "evidence":

I'll wait to post my full opinion when I have something to reply to, but in short, yes, I do think he is still alive. What about you?

My opinion is it's all wishful thinking, but I'm not into music, and he was a little before my time too. Stranger things have happened though.

He sure seems to keep coming out with a lot of new releases for a dead guy. On his latest CD, there's a hidden message if you listen to it on your computer.
Personally, I could care less.

Wow, a lot of interesting facts there. I never really questioned his death before, but after reading through all of that.. it does make me wonder. I don't really have a clue if he's dead or alive, I'd like to think he's alive though.

holy malony .. i didnt know it were tupac fans on this board :o
i listen to Pac's music daily, and i've done that for many years now, but all those theries doesnt proove anything. their just theories not facts. yes, there are a lot of theories and 7's surrounding Pac's death, but does that mean anything?
if u listen to Pac's music u can often hear him say "im alive", "u think i died" and stuff like that, but dont u think he is talking about when he was shot in New York, 1994?
anywayz, i hope im wrong and u guys should check out my website :)

I was in total disbelief of Tupac's idea of being alive till i read that. That had really changed my view :sure:

There has yet to be a single good theory to prove that he's still alive. 95% of those are completely absurd. Other ones are easily disproved by anyone who knows about Tupac's life and what really happened. And the rest are better theories linking Suge Knight as the killer, rather than Tupac still being alive.
You guys are just gullable, and choose to believe something you read off the internet, instead of doing your own research. Never a good idea.

Those facts are purely suspicions. He is, no doubt, dead. The reason countless songs were release post-mortem was because he has already recorded those songs prior to his death, they were taken and produced into a CD. All of those "facts" are bull****. People who really did believe that are surely naive.

You think those facts are bull****.. :sidestare what if they are not???????? what if it was a plan....
one of my favorite songs right now is "Realest Killaz" by 50 Cent and Tupac.. the chorus of that song (sung by 50 cent) reads:
"till makavelli returns its all eyes on me"
this means that it was planned or something that 50 will be big (which he is) and 2pac will come back (????).
:rollseyes We will see....
Like Elvis, Tupac is well and alive.

Exactly. Elvis is alive. Mainly because the day before he 'died' he claimed he hated his life - so either it was suicide or he faked his own death:)
id love to believe that tupac is still alive but sadly he isn't.

Ian: 17. 2pac always wore a bulletproof vest but for some strange reason he didn't wear one this time..Why not?
Mechknuckles: thats not true, he hated wearing vests.
Ian: so what if he hated them he still always wore them....life over comfort.....;)
Mechknuckles: he never wore vests! his bodyguard even said so in his book. so hmph
Ian: just cuz you say something twice doesnt make it soo....
ive seen many times on tv where he had been wearin vests....
Mechknuckles: No offence, but I think I'll take his bodyguard and close friend's word over yours.
Ian: "Four bullets hit Shakur (who usually wore a bulletproof vest but did not have one on at the time of the shooting)."

Look for "Evidence" all you want,
He's dead, as sad as it is.
Just like some people think Elvis might be alive, its all just wishful thinking.

Ian, i never got around to finding that article:p I should go find it now, I'm bored.
[Edit] I FOUND IT!
Ok, here it is. 2pac's bodyguard retells 2pac's last night (http://www.tupacfans.com/articles/frank.php)
Here is the most important part:
As usual, he's not wearing his builetproof vest. It didn't surprise me, nine times out of ten he didn't wear it. It was always an issue between the two of us. But 'Pac did what 'Pac wanted to do.
See! Didnt I say he didnt like his vest? :D Score one for me! :D

that was mostlikely before the incident where tupac was shot in that recording studio where he believed biggie and puffy were involved.....so sure before that time he may have never worn a vest, but after that time he always did ;).....go watch behind the music or something....cuz im right, and youre wrong ;) ....

All eyes were on him and at any moment, things could have sprung out of control. As we stopped at a red light, a white caddilac rolled up next to us. I can still see the car clearly, it had the distinctive brake-light configuration that all new-model Caddies have. I replay that image over and over in my head. It was just another red light, and it was just another white Cadillac. Suge's homie K-Dove was travelling in front of them, and I am directly behind them. I looked dead at the car, and I saw the arm come out and the gun. Bam bam bam bam!
Punk ass bull**** from the guy who covered for 2pac more than anybody...
id still believe rolling stone before i believe his bodygaurd....

Yea, you dont know what his bodyguard could have done for him, especially if money was put into the picture...
So he really was not wearing the vest! Lets see what happens in September...

september? are you refering to that movie?

Im referring to numero 7...
7 years after he was shot
7 months into the year
Wow, I wish people would drop this already. The man is dead. He just happens to have a crapload of unreleased material. Ask anyone in the music industry and they'll tell you he was a workaholic. Seriously. He was almost always in the studio, that's why he didn't do a lot of interviews.

There are other facts that support that he is alive. Read the rest of the thread before you comment.

Whoa man, that makes me look at Tupac's death in a whole new different manner. But didn't the Feds find out that Tupac was shot by a Bodyguard of his rival, B.I.G.? If so, that explains a lot the problems that exist.
And why was the funeral cancelled? Why was he cremated? Hmmm.....Very interesting....

I never told anyone this but Tupac was like an idol to me...
His songs inspire me because I can relate to what he says about growing up by the brick.
