People who habitually eat non-food items are said to suffer from pica, I believe. I'm not sure that's the same thing tho.

As to eating non-food items, I used to go in the closet in preschool with a few other kids and eat Play-doh..it was salty.

anybody had peanut butter play-doh? my mom used to make that for me. i don't know the recipe, but i could probably find it for you, Mth, if you still go for that kind of thing.

you could play with it just like play-doh, and it was oh-so-yummy afterwards.

i used to put sand in my sandwiches at the beach for that added texture.

my friend chews on the plastic cap liners from sodas, and he's been known to swallow them.

as for the topic of this thread, i've never had tomato and mozerella, but it sounds pretty good.
